I went to a model boot camp class this morning and I made myself this fantastic shake. It made me feel light and energized until the end. It’s pretty much a liquid meal; all ingredients help our body to function at its best.
I use almond butter which contains several nutrients that benefit cardiovascular health. And bananas have high potassium levels for good nerve and muscle function.The potassium can also help prevent muscle cramps after exercise.

- 1 cup hemp milk
- 1 banana
- 3 dates
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp bee pollen
- a few ice cubes
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
