Prepare your body for your workout with these amazing exercises:
Get into position where you have enough movement space.
Set your interval timer as follows:
Beginner: 30 sec
Intermediate: 40 sec
Supermodel: 50 sec
A true legend –> 1 min
Run on the spot à High knees
2. Steel jumps
High speed crossings
3. Star jumps
High speed full body movement
4. Easy burpee
