Try this if you don’t want your kitchen to look like a crime scene every time you take the seeds out of a pomegranate!
Cut the pomegranate in half and gently take the seeds out in a bowl of water. The seeds sink to the bottom of the bowl and the inedible pulp floats up. It really works, I do it all the time
A pomegranate has a distinctly tart flavor and can be used in both sweet and savory dishes. They’re filled with antioxidants, vitamins, potassium, folic acid and even iron.
Add this “super fruit” to your breakfast, salad, snack or dessert. A spoonful of pomegranate seeds adds a nice crunch and color to a glass of sparkling wine or a non-alcoholic beverage. Cheers!
