Wanna know what I eat ?
Today I was shooting swimwear and wanted to keep my stomach flat but I also needed enough energy to keep a smile on my face!When you look at my diary you’ll notice that I eat lots of fruit, vegetables and whole grains. I snack on nuts and dried fruit and besides drinking water I drink lots of tea and coconut water.
Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and therefore I never skip it! Every day is different, so is my breakfast I’ll eat yogurt with fresh fruit one day, eggs the other and some toast with fruit spread the next. I drink a glass of water with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar (ACV) on a daily basis. ACV is known to be a natural bacteria-fighting agent that contains many vital minerals. Some say it even boosts your metabolism and therefore might result in weight loss.
Were you surprised to find out that I ate a piece of chocolate and a slice of a delicious zucchini loaf? I apply the 80/20 rule; out of all the food and beverages I consume in a day, I want 80% to be the best possible choice. I give myself some slack, this way I feel free and there’s no guilt trip.
Eating sugary or greasy food is already not good for you but I think it’s even more harmful when you feel bad about it after consuming it. If you decide to eat something that isn’t healthy, you better enjoy it
