Coconut water is one of the highest sources of electrolytes, which make you feel energized. Bananas are also a great source of natural energy and one cup of spinach contains more than your daily requirements of vitamin K and vitamin A.
The sweetness is delivered by the pineapple which is also packed with vitamins and minerals. And if all this didn’t convince you yet, the ginger and peppermint health benefits most likely will. Ginger boosts your immune system and peppermint aids digestion.
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 small banana
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- tiny piece ginger
- 4 leaves fresh peppermint leaves.
- Put all ingredients in a blender & serve!
- I prefer to use coconut water out of a Thai coconut but if you can’t find a store that sells them use your favorite bottled coconut water.
- If you use fresh pineapple and you like it nice and cold; add a few ice cubes to the mix.
