Yep, I’m the proud owner of those buns in the picture How did I get them? It’s the reward of a healthy diet and exercise! Cardio, squats and leg lifts is what I focus on when I work-out my booty. And I only do things I really enjoy doing, like running, yoga, spinning, paddleboarding and wakeboarding. It’s easier to commit and stay in shape that way.
